Log into your account at best2bid.com. View the item on auction. Notice the  Message Box at the right hand side. Fill up your enquiry and click on Send Enquiry.

The merchant will then receive the email containing your enquiry.

For a more immediate reply, you may wish to contact the merchant at the phone number listed in the Message box.
