You can find your username in the email address you provided during your registration,

If you forget your password, select "Forgot Password?" in the login area on the home page.  You'll be prompted to enter your email address. Type your email and click "Confirm email". The automated system will then send a link to your email to enable you to reset your password. 

Once you click Reset Password, an email containing your username will be sent to you. This email will also have a link that will enable you to reset your password.
