DESCRIPTION Late 19th Century or Early 20th Century (1800 - 1900 ) Dimension: 17.5 Width & 11cm Height Indicative Price: RM 3,200 This small teapot is of flattened, globular form. It has a short spout, a circular loop handle, and a domed lid with a solid, round finial. It is decorated with pink peonies and green leaves against an unusual mustard-brown background. The iron-reign mark is unclear but believe was made during the reign of Ching Dynasty Guang Xu (A very similar teapot is illustrated in Ho, W.M., Straits Chinese Porcelain: A Collector's Guide, Marshall Cavendish International (2008, p. 63)).
